*Feature address on ‘Disaster Preparedness” was delivered by Mr. Lloyd Lynch of the Seismic Research Unit, UWI St. Augustine.

*Dividends declared at 7.50%

*Members agreed to apportion dividends 3.75% shares 3.75% cash

*Members accepted the reports of the management team and the financial statement
