- all persons of good character aged 16 years and over who work at, or are associated with, the U.W.I. St. Augustine or other tertiary level institutions approved by the Board
- the spouses and children of bona fide members of the Credit Union.
- permanent employees of the Society who are 16 years of age and over.
- other registered
co-operative societies in Trinidad and Tobago
